Legacy Trusts provides an online workflow for the preparation of trust documents based on information provided by the user. The Service facilitates document preparation, payment processing, and delivery of documents for execution.
Legacy Trusts is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by use of the Service.
Information provided through the Service is for general informational and document preparation purposes only. You are solely responsible for determining whether the documents generated are appropriate for your situation and jurisdiction.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Legacy Trusts does not store your full payment information.
By submitting payment, you authorize Legacy Trusts to charge the applicable fees for the selected service.
Fees are generally non-refundable once document preparation has begun. Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
All content, software, workflows, and materials provided through the Service are owned by Legacy Trusts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use documents generated for your personal or business use but may not resell, reproduce, or distribute the Service or underlying systems.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
Legacy Trusts does not guarantee that documents will be legally sufficient for any particular use or jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Trusts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.
In no event shall Legacy Trusts’ total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legacy Trusts and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Legacy Trusts may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
